All products sold on this website are sold as seen. Items are made to order, not bespoke or custom-made, and so no personalisation or alterations are available. Customers must review all product descriptions, images, and details carefully prior to purchase.
Some items are baked to order, while others are pre-made or shelf-ready. Regardless of preparation method, all products are supplied strictly as advertised on the website.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is immediately scheduled for processing or production and cannot be amended or customised.
Due to the nature of our products, including baked-to-order food items, cancellations and refunds are not accepted after 24hrs after an order has been confirmed.
Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel does not apply to food items or goods made to order, even where those items are not personalised.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven fault or error on our part.
All deliveries are fulfilled exclusively via your nominated courier services. We do not offer hand delivery or in-person delivery services for website orders on in certain cases where drop off's have been advertised.
Courier services are used for local, national, and international deliveries.
Estimated delivery timeframes displayed on the website are provided for guidance only. While every effort is made to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier capacity, traffic, weather conditions, customs clearance processes, regulatory checks, public holidays, or peak periods. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, so its essential for orders to be placed in advance.
Customers placing orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom should be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply when goods cross international borders.
These charges are imposed by the government of the destination country, not by us. In many cases, the courier company will collect these fees on behalf of the destination government before releasing the shipment for delivery.
We do not calculate, collect, or control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any delays, additional costs, refusal of delivery, or disposal of goods resulting from unpaid duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. However, delivery on a specific or exact date cannot be guaranteed, particularly for national and international shipments.
Customers are strongly advised to allow adequate lead time, especially for time-sensitive orders. Responsibility for delivery timing transfers to the courier once the order has been dispatched.
Customers must ensure accurate delivery details and availability to receive their order. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, supported by clear photographic evidence where applicable.
